Australian Compliance Institute Constitution
The ACI Constitution contains the rules under which the association operates.

Code of Ethics
The Code of Ethics sets the minimum standard of behaviour expected of a compliance professional and Members of the Australian Compliance Institute.

Code of Conduct for Directors
The Code of Conduct sets the minimum standard of behaviour expected of Members of the ACI Board.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
Policies regarding cancellations of events are required due to associated costs of running events. Please make yourself aware of these policies prior to booking as staff do not have authority to vary from the conditions advertised.

Credit Card
Transaction Policy
Credit card transactions generate surcharges that ACI need to recover to manage overall operational costs for members.

Complaints and Appeals Policy
This policy is intended to ensure that the ACI will handle complaints fairly, efficiently and effectively.

Membership Terms and Conditions
The T&C’s cover membership applications including, individual & corporate, plus conduct & code of ethics, membership subscriptions, corporate member nominations, reduced fees & membership resignation & refunds.

Academic Integrity Policy
The purpose of this policy is to define the actions and behaviours that contravene the ACI’s standards on ethical education and sets out the responsibilities of staff in providing guidance and feedback to learners on academic integrity.

Privacy Policy and Procedures
The purpose of the Privacy Policy is to ensure that the ACI meets its legal and ethical requirements regarding the collection, storage and disclosure of the personal information.

Accreditation Policy
An important part of the recognition of compliance professionals is the ACI accreditation program. This document explains how ACI members attain the accreditation marks issued by the ACI.
