The Australian Compliance Institute (ACI) is the peak body for compliance, risk, and governance professionals. As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), we deliver nationally recognised qualifications that support workforce capability and strengthen integrity across regulated sectors.

We are currently inviting expressions of interest from experienced trainers and assessors who would like to join our Talent Pool for upcoming and future delivery opportunities.

Our training portfolio includes:

• 10964NAT Certificate IV in Compliance & Risk Management
• 10980NAT Graduate Certificate in Compliance & Risk Management
• FNSSS00010 Anti-Money Laundering & Counter-Terrorism Financing Skill Set
• FNS80020 Graduate Certificate in AML & CTF

What We’re Looking For

To join our Talent Pool, you must demonstrate:

• Training & Assessment Credentials
  • TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or successor), OR
  • A higher-level adult education qualification, OR
  • For assessors, the required assessor skill set.
• Vocational Competence in one or more of our specialist areas (compliance, risk, AML/CTF, governance), at least to the level of training you wish to deliver.
• Current Industry Skills & Knowledge gained in compliance, risk, audit, governance, or financial crime roles in Australia.
• Ongoing VET Sector Professional Development, in line with RTO Standards 2025.
• Commitment to Learner Support, including the ability to work with diverse adult learners and apply reasonable adjustments.
• Digital Delivery Skills, including the use of online platforms, LMS, and interactive teaching methods.
