Financial Crimes Week 2026

March 16 - March 20

$150.00 – $300.00

Our Financial Crimes Congress is evolving in 2026, launching a Financial Crimes Week with a dynamic new hybrid format.

The week will begin with an in-person session in Sydney, followed by a series of expert-led online sessions delivered daily throughout the week.

The week begins with a full-day, in-person conference in Sydney on Monday 16 March, featuring keynotes from regulators such as AUSTRAC, alongside expert panels and practical workshops focused on regulatory expectations, AML/CTF obligations, emerging risks including scams and the Scams Prevention Framework (SPF), and real-world compliance responses.

From Tuesday 17 to Friday 20 March, the conversation continues online with daily, lunchtime virtual sessions, led by subject matter experts and designed to deliver concise, practical insights into enforcement priorities, governance challenges, scams and fraud risk, and what’s shaping financial crime risk in 2026.

What the week will look like:

Monday, March 16 | 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (AEDT) | Onsite at Corrs Sydney. This session is in person only and will not be delivered as a webinar.

Tuesday, March 17 | 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm (AEDT) | Crypto Under the Microscope: Risk, Regulation & Reality

Wednesday, March 18 | 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm (AEDT) | Webinar | Managing Regulatory Convergence & Reform Fatigue

Thursday, March 19 | 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm (AEDT) | Webinar | From Framework to File: Making Financial Crime Controls Work in Practice

Friday, March 20 | 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm (AEDT) | Webinar | Data Sharing, Privacy & Collaboration

This refreshed format offers members and non-members greater flexibility, deeper insights and broader access; bringing together leading voices in financial crime, compliance and risk to explore emerging threats, regulatory change and practical responses shaping the year ahead.
