Important notice to all students enrolled prior to 1 June – ACI re-registration and portal downtime
ACI has completed its re-registration process. Our new RTO number is RTO 46579, effective 5 June 2026.
What this means for you
Your enrolment and training continue as normal. However, the online learning portal may be temporarily unavailable from as early as mid-June for up to two weeks.
A notification has been issued to all enrolled students with guidance on how to prepare for the interruption period.
Your enrolment and qualifications are not affected. All qualifications and statements of attainment already issued remain valid. Future documentation will reflect the updated RTO number.
